Intro to Resistance Training is a 45-minute beginner-friendly class designed to build confidence with strength training. Using body weight and light dumbbells, local personal trainer Brandon will guide you through proper technique, foundational movement patterns, and safe lifting practices. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or returning after time away, this class will help you start building muscle, improve bone health, increase functional strength, and support healthy aging—all in a welcoming, supportive environment.
