Thursday Afternoon Reset with Kat - Thursdays at 4 PM
If you’ve ever thought yoga was about pretzel-y postures (or meditation about emptying your mind), we invite you to come together for this soothing, interdisciplinary class blending yoga, qi gong, meditation, and breathwork. We’ll begin with gentle movement to unwind the day, transition into supported postures close to the ground, and finish with meditation and an extended Savasana. Along the way, we’ll explore tools for self-regulation — like tapping, breath awareness, and self-massage — as we tend to our bodies and minds. This class is prop-rich (blankets, bolsters, blocks throughout) and accompanied by music to enhance our collective experience.
